Shipping FAQs

Do you ship internationally and how much is shipping? 

International shipping is available to most countries. Rates vary by location but are approximately AU$15-30 for a standard international parcel (up to 500g) which automatically includes tracking for all destinations. Please visit the Postage Information page for more detailed prices by region and in local currencies.

Domestic shipping within Australia is available from $10 for Standard Post and $12.50 for Express Post. Both come with tracking via Australia Post as well as a signature on delivery add-on included free of charge (unless shipping to a Parcel Locker or PO Box).

COVID-19 NOTICE: Unfortunately due to the restrictions imposed by Australia Post thanks to the ongoing pandemic, I am unable to ship to all locations at this time. Persistent flight cancellations also mean that delivery times are drastically increased at the moment to certain destinations and you may be waiting weeks or months for your order. This is beyond my control, and I appreciate your patience and understanding.

Can you combine my shipping if I purchase multiple items?

Absolutely! I always look for duplicate orders after a shop update and if the order name and address matches then I will automatically combine them and refund you the extra postage costs. If however the name/address does not match then I will treat them as separate orders unless you contact me (email or Instagram DM are best) and ask for them to be combined.

If I have already issued a tracking number for your first order then unfortunately I cannot guarantee that I will be able to combine costs for any additional purchases made and you may have to pay for separate parcels if the first has already been shipped.

And finally, if you purchase multiple items that need to be upgraded into a larger mail category (i.e. dice and then a candle), only the difference in shipping costs will be refunded. For example*, if you bought 2x candles ($12.50 shipping), a set of dice ($10 shipping) and then another candle ($10) shipping, this can all be combined into a $17 box so you would receive a total shipping refund of $15.50 across the 3x orders due to the increased parcel size and/or weight.

I bought something small in your last shop update but I'd like to wait to add to the order to save shipping costs, can you hold my order and ship it later?

I am happy to hold orders when requested, especially for overseas customers who want to minimize their shipping costs by combining items over multiple shop updates. If however I don't hear from you and/or you don't make another purchase within three (3) months of the original order, I will automatically ship your purchase out. So if you buy dice in May and ask me to hold it but don't purchase anything in June or July then I will automatically ship your items out in August unless you contact me prior to make other arrangements.
