Postage Information
Orders are generally packed and dispatched* within 2-5 business days of purchase.
* Large parcels and orders made on Fridays are usually dispatched on the following Tuesday so you may notice some delay between when your tracking number is generated and the parcel begins to move in transit.
Domestic parcels sent through AusPost Parcel Post should arrive within 2-10 business days of dispatch, and Express Post within 5 business days. Delivery times may vary due to various mail delays (weather, COVID-19, etc) and are unfortunately beyond my control. Please check the AusPost website for more information on service delays in your area.
International parcel delivery times are noted by region below and more information on mail delays and restrictions can be found here.
Please also note that your country may require payment of import fees and/or taxes before releasing your parcel to you, and Mythril Foundry is not liable for these costs under any circumstances.
All domestic and international parcels come with tracking automatically included, and domestic parcels have the option to add a Signature on Delivery option ($2.95) for peace of mind.
Please Note: As of January 2023, I will no longer be offering the free 'signature on delivery' option and instead will have a it available to purchase for a reduced fee of $2.50 at check out. This is due to the recent AusPost price increase and mail services mostly being back to normal in Australia.
Free shipping within Australia and to New Zealand is automatically included at check out for all orders over AU$250.
Domestic orders are limited to a 5kg parcel weight and international orders are limited 1kg due to high shipping prices above this weight. If you wish to make a larger order (particularly where candles are concerned) then please make separate purchases and any difference in shipping will be refunded to you once the custom postage rate has been calculated.
Unfortunately if you do not see your country listed below and it does not load a shipping option at check out then I am unable to ship to you due to restricted mail services.

PLEASE NOTE: Due to changes brought about by Brexit, all European deliveries will be subject to VAT charges that will need to be paid locally to your relevant department before your parcel is released for delivery. Mythril Foundry is in no way responsible for these charges, nor will I be offering the option to pre-pay them at any stage.

I unable to ship to this destination for the time being due to changes in laws regarding packaging requirements. Until I am able to understand what is required of me, shipping to Germany is unfortunately suspended.
IMPORTANT NOTE: SHIPPING TO THE UK (TRIAL)
Due to changes affecting the collection of VAT for international sales between £0 - £135 in the wake of Brexit, I am only able to ship to the United Kingdom (including all of England, Northern Ireland, Scotland and Wales) through Etsy who will collect the pre-paid VAT on my behalf. If you are a resident of the UK, please purchase an item through the website as normal to "hold" the item in your name. I will then refund the original purchase in full (including shipping) and will then create a custom Etsy listing for you to re-purchase the item (within 48hrs) to ensure the VAT is appropriately collected and paid. Failure to repurchase within this timeframe will forfeit your hold on the item and it will be re-listed on the website.
